Remember that crazy prison inmate that wanted $63 billion dollars from Michael Vick? Sure you do. He said Vick stole his Pit Bulls and sold them on eBay in order to buy missiles from Iran.

Maybe y'all knew, but I didn't, this is not an isolated incident with Mr Riches. Used to think he was insane. Now I think he's a freakin' comic mastermind.
