It depends on your faith.
Catholics have too much guilt to ever acknowledge that Jesus is anything but a poor Jewish carpenter born to a virgin mother. Anything else would risk eternal damnation.
Protestants might believe Hester is Jesus, but they are waiting for Pat Robertson to tell them what to think. He's African American though, so not much chance of that.
Muslims don't believe in Jesus. And don't dare suggest Hester is Muhammed unless you want a hit put out on you.
Mormons might believe Hester in Jesus once he takes three wives.
I, however, belong to none of those faiths. My faith is the Sunday Church of the NFL. And in my faith, you damn right he's Jesus. Watching him run for TDs is downright sacramental. And if he keeps scoring TDs when I'm betting on a Bears game (either side), somebody at some point is going to have to give me last rites.
